Sterlitamak catalyst plant offers a wide range of hydrotreating and hydrocracking catalysts of new generation manufactured by means of advanced production methods. The catalysts has high catalytic activity and are designed according to the needs of particular customer.
We have our own research center, which has a wide range of analytical and research equipment, that let our specialists not only monitor the quality of catalysts at all stages of production, but also actively work on developments in this area.
Each batch of produced catalyst undergoes a series of stringent tests, including determination of the whole set of physical and chemical parameters and test of catalytic properties.
Catalytic properties of the catalysts can be determined in the conditions that closely matches operation conditions of the catalyst in a unit for which the catalyst is designed. For that, we use the pilot plant that can operate under pressure up to 200 atm. The unit consists of a feed injector, a high-temperature furnace, into which the reactor with prepared catalyst is placed, two separators of high and low pressure and a process control block. Straight-run gasoline, diesel, vacuum gas oil, and more can be used as feed. The results obtained during the work of pilot unit in comparison with the results of unit operating in actual conditions of industrial production, showed that the pilot unit excellent simulates the actual conditions of catalyst operation.
All catalyst supplies accompanied by appropriate technical service and maintenance, which include a range of services on loading, unloading, sieving, activation, regeneration, passivation of catalysts, monitoring of unit operation at all stages of operation of catalyst system, qualified recommendations for improvement of operation of hydrotreating units, analysis of spent catalysts and more.
